The best source of Discount Golf Apparel
The old adage 'look good, feel good' definitely applies and although
'look good, play good' may be stretching things too far in golf, it
certainly does not harm to look the part, even if the golf game may
not quite match the appearance!
Decent Golf shoes are very
important and are dealt with separately but they are not the only
golf apparel you need. Your needs will largely be dominated by your
local climate and the dress code of your local golf club. It is always
worth checking dress codes before visiting a new club as there is
nothing more annoying than having to make a hurried purchase in the
pro-shop to comply with a regulation (no matter how stupid you and
I may think it is). I recently had to change socks because my socks
had a very unobtrusive Nike logo!
Water-resistant clothing like golf jackets and pants should be in
everyone's bag, unless they play in a desert. Always buy as much quality
as you can afford with waterproofs (Gore-tex if you can) as you will
not appreciate the financial saving, when you already have damp shoulders
on the 3rd tee! Pants and shirts should all be breathable for your
own comfort. For those of you playing golf in colder climates, such
as that once-in-a-lifetime trip to the Scottish links, thermal gloves
and hats are essential.
Personalised golf apparel can also add a touch of class with either
your own name or corporate logos. These are available on most apparel
and accessories including these great personalized
Golf Caps and personalized
Golf Towel
